By accessing this website or utilizing our cleaning services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Advanced Can Cleaners' website or services if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Curbside Bin Cleaning Service

Advanced Can Cleaners provides professional high-pressure hot-water cleaning, sanitization, and deodorizing services for curbside trash, recycling, and organic bins.

• Access on Collection Day: Bins must be left curbside and completely empty on your scheduled collection day. If bins are not empty or curbside, we reserve the right to skip the service, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
• Service Area Constraints: We serve designated areas within Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. We reserve the right to suspend or reject service outside of our routes.

2. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

All customer subscriptions, one-time payments, and billing details are processed securely in partnership with Jobber.

• Recurring Subscriptions: Monthly and Quarterly subscriptions automatically renew at the prices established on sign-up until paused or cancelled.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or pause your subscription service at any time through your Jobber Client Hub or by contacting support directly via email. Please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled cleaning to avoid billing for that period.

3. Bins Condition and Liability

While our superheated 200°F water system is highly effective, we are not responsible for pre-existing bin defects, cracked plastic, broken hinges, or damages caused by general wear-and-tear. We will not clean bins containing hazardous waste, paint, oils, chemical solvents, or animal feces not bag-sealed.

4. Privacy and Communications

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By signing up for service, you consent to receive transactional communications regarding your scheduling, payments, and service logs.

Separately, if you submit your email address through a discount or promotional offer on our website, you are opting in to receive marketing emails from Advanced Can Cleaners (such as special offers, news, and updates), which we send using Mailchimp. You can withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at support@advancedcancleaners.com. Marketing emails are separate from transactional service messages, and unsubscribing from marketing will not stop messages necessary to deliver services you have purchased.
